FieldStrike Hydra

Hydra is a central system which allows the user (based at Head Office) to enter orders and notes for any customer regardless of territory. Useful for when a rep is absent and there are urgent orders for that territory. Hydra also comes with its own Telesales system.

Hydra can be used as an entry level system on its own by entering manual orders and splitting them into territories for reporting purposes.

All systems should have one Hydra system as it is used for Customer Services issues such as: Add or amend products, Add or amend Market Intelligence etc.

Takes your own data files and presents them to you using FieldStrike’s own suite of reports including:

Forecasting (automatic comparison of actual versus forecast), Business Planning and Sales Analysis.
